Retail Return Policy

Retail Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order, and our team would be happy to assist by providing you with return instructions and a Return Authorization number. Upon receiving your return back at our facility, you will be reimbursed. The original shipping charge and the cost associated with sending the item back to us will not be available for refund. We do not accept returns without a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Kindly request your RAN by emailing us at FFEC@me.com.

Once your return authorization number is received:

1. Pack the item(s) that you are returning to us securely. 
2. We are not responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility, please save your tracking information so you can follow up with the vendor you shipped with. 
3. We will issue your credit once the return is processed at our warehouse.
